Neal Engwall | President
Neal graduated from the University of Florida with a degree in Finance. He is currently FINRA Series 6, 7, 24, and 65 licensed. He also holds the following designations: Chartered Life Underwriter, Certified Financial Planner, Qualified Kingdom Advisor and Chartered Financial Consultant. For more than 30 years, Neal has worked with clients to help them develop their long-term goals and then implement strategies to achieve them. Particular areas of concentration in his practice are Biblically Responsible Investing and a broad range of charitable giving strategies. He has previously served as president of the National Association of Insurance and Financial Advisors (NAIFA) Pinellas Chapter. Neal is happily married and has four grown children. |

With a strong educational background, Joey holds a bachelor’s degree in finance and his MBA from the University of Tampa. Joey serves as a Financial Advisor specializing in Biblically Responsible investing with Inspire Advisors. Joey's professional journey is marked by his unwavering commitment to his clients. He is passionate about helping them develop effective investment strategies that are not only financially sound but also aligned with their Biblical values. Joey believes that successful financial planning goes beyond numbers; it involves understanding and integrating his clients' goals, principles, and aspirations into their investment plans. Charles DiMarco | Board Member Charles DiMarco is the President/CEO of New Life Solutions, where their mission is to “protect the unborn, share the gospel, and transform our communities – one life at a time”. He has over 25 years of experience in disciplines such as B2B/B2C marketing, international branding, strategic marketing, social media marketing, global operations, sales, and entrepreneurial start-ups. Charles has had the opportunity to travel to Italy, Ireland, and the Philippines to help address the needs and strategic direction of the organizations for which he has worked. He also served as an Adjunct Instructor at St. Petersburg College teaching courses in the College of Business such as Social Media Marketing; Services Marketing; Marketing Promotions; Sales, Negotiations, and Customer Relationship Management; and Entrepreneurial Sales and Marketing. Charles has an MBA in International Business and Marketing Strategy as well as an undergraduate degree in Marketing from the University of South Florida. He has been formally trained by The Gallup Organization in developing strengths-based teams and communicating employee engagement principles as well as by PPG Industries in creating and implementing Business Process Excellence. He has attended Starkey Road Baptist church for 30 years where in 2019 he served as the Chairman of the Deacons. Charles has been formally trained by Crown Financial Ministries and for the last 16 years has had the opportunity to lead small groups in their journey towards financial freedom. Charles and his wife Cindy are the parents to two boys and teach a Sunday School class for married couples focused on the biblical applications of marriage principles.

Alec Chaney | Board Member Alec graduated from the University of Mississippi in 2019, having completed his degree in Risk Management and Insurance. Upon his return to his hometown of St. Louis, Missouri, he co-founded a small marketing Agency, which flourished until 2021 when the pandemic disrupted business operations and subsequently led to its sale. During this time, Alec felt a calling from God to pursue new opportunities, which led him to move sixteen hours across the country to Tampa Bay, Florida. For the past three and a half years, Alec has worked as a risk insurance consultant, collaborating with mid to large-sized employers to align the financial impact of benefits with their company cultures. In 2024, he joined the board and is committed to guiding the chamber's growth and serving as a beacon of light across the Tampa Bay area. |
Rob Maaddi | Board Member Rob is the Senior NFL Writer/Insider for The Associated Press, President of Faith On The Field, an NFL correspondent for LiveNOW from Fox, bestselling author, radio and television personality and dynamic speaker. Rob launched Faith On The Field, a nonprofit ministry and sports radio program in 2017. The show debuted on 610 ESPN Philly and has been syndicated on radio stations across the country. He covered Philadelphia sports for AP from 2000-21 and was a host on 97.5 The Fanatic Philadelphia from 2018-21 before moving to Florida. Rob has written or co-written eight books, including Birds of Pray. He is a Major League Baseball Hall of Fame voter and past president of the Philadelphia chapter of the Baseball Writers' Association of America. Rob’s byline has appeared in newspapers worldwide. Rob has delivered commencement addresses and been the featured speaker at numerous events, churches, men’s conferences and fundraisers. He's been interviewed on hundreds of television and radio stations across the country, including ESPN, CNN, CBS, NBC, ABC, Fox News, MSNBC, among others. |
Melissa Solevilla | Board Member Melissa Solevilla began her legal career in 1999 as a receptionist at a personal injury law firm, quickly developing a passion for helping the injured and disabled. She earned her undergraduate degree from Florida Southern College majoring in Business Administration and law degree from Stetson University College of Law, graduating in 2012, and has since focused on personal injury law. In December 2023, she co-founded Neal & Solevilla Personal Injury Lawyers (www.nealandsolevilla.com) with Katherine Neal, where they advocate for victims of car accidents, slip and falls, and other negligence-based injuries, as well as families who have lost loved ones in such incidents. Melissa also specializes in personal injury and wrongful death, fighting for justice in these sensitive cases. Melissa’s personal experience as a crash victim, suffering serious injuries while pregnant, deepened her commitment to her clients. Known for her personalized service, she is always available to her clients and is dedicated to easing their legal journey. Melissa’s faith in God is central to her life and practice, guiding her compassion and integrity. She is a wife, mother of four, and an active community volunteer. |
Jeff Weber | Board Member Jeff’s lifelong passion for numbers began in his childhood in Oregon, where math was always his favorite subject. His early love of problem-solving was honed through spirited cribbage games with his family, often outpacing his older brothers in calculating totals. This enthusiasm grew into a minor in Mathematics at Western Oregon University, where Jeff earned a BA in Business with a focus in Accounting, along with a minor in Computer Science. In 2005, Jeff and his wife, Christy, relocated from Oregon to Florida, in advance of her parents as they transitioned into retirement. Shortly after, Jeff joined a local CPA firm, where his dedication and expertise earned him a partnership in 2012. In 2019, Jeff embarked on a new chapter, founding Weber CPA. The firm’s mission is rooted in providing business owners with dependable, actionable advice. Through a tailored business advisory program, Weber CPA helps clients tackle today’s problems and focus on tomorrow’s opportunities. Beyond his professional achievements, Jeff is an active member of Bay Hope Church, where he leads a Thursday morning men’s group. As a graduate of Florida State University business school along with his Master’s degree from Dallas Theological Seminary, Kevin has a passion for integrating his faith with his work. He serves as a fractional executive leader for several nonprofits and small businesses helping them connect the dots organizationally. He’s a very strategic, big-picture, results-focused servant leader. He is also a Florida supreme court certified family law mediator helping couples navigate big life changes. Kevin and his wife Renee live in Odessa, FL. In their spare time, they enjoy boating and water sports. |
