As a Vistage Chair from 2002 - 2022, Cindy Hesterman helped executives become better leaders, make better decisions and achieve better results. Now as CEO of Vistage Florida, Cindy is able to work with our Florida Chairs to positively impact many more businesses throughout the state.

Vistage combines monthly peer group meetings, resource speakers, executive coaching, and access to a brain trust of over 45,000 members in 35 countries.

Cindy received the 2004 Nourse Award, presented annually to a Vistage Chair, for providing exceptional value to her group members. She also received the 2013 Red Scott Award for great Chair leadership and exemplifying the spirit of Vistage, and was also honored with the 2014 Vistage Florida Staff Appreciation Award for displaying outstanding character.

Previously, Cindy spent more than twenty years as a CPA, Controller and CFO of both publicly traded and privately held businesses. During that time, she was involved in over 30 acquisitions in various industries, as well as an IPO and a privatization.

Cindy is an active member of Association for Corporate Growth, American Institute of CPAs, Business Transition Council, Christian Chamber of Commerce Tampa Bay, Tampa Bay Women CPAs, and Christ the King Lutheran Church.
