Damian is a learning & development professional with a diverse background that has equipped him to be an effective business partner. He is a credentialed member of the Association for Talent Development and the International Coaching Federation, and is certified in conducting the Harrison Behavioral Assessment.

In addition to a decade’s engineering experience in the aerospace industry and 15 years of pastoral ministry, he’s spent the last 13 years in the HR talent development space. He led the effort to build the leadership development strategy for a company that twice made Inc. Magazine’s Fastest 500 list as one of the 500 fastest-growing companies in the U.S. during his time there.

Damian lives in St. Petersburg, FL with his wife Cheryl, and is an author of two books: Taking the Lead: What Riding a Bike Can Teach You About Leadership, and a book on pastoral leadership strategy called In the Way: Church As We Know It Can Be a Discipleship Movement (Again).
