Rob Maaddi is the lead NFL writer for The Associated Press, host and creator of Faith On The Field, bestselling author, speaker and radio and television personality.
Rob covered Philadelphia sports for AP from 2000-21. He launched Faith On The Field Show on 610 ESPN Philadelphia in 2017 and the program is now syndicated on sports radio stations in Los Angeles (Angels Radio 830 AM), Las Vegas (FOX Sports 98.9 FM & 1340 AM), Orlando (The Game 96.9 FM), Charlotte (ESPN 730 AM), Richmond (ESPN 106.1 FM), Chicago (WCKG), Atlantic City (ESPN South Jersey 97.3 FM), Atlanta (REAL 1100 AM) and also on Christian station 107.5 Alive in Lancaster, Pa. Rob was a host on Philadelphia's 97.5 The Fanatic from 2018-21 before moving to the Tampa area.
Rob has written or co-written eight books. His latest title, Birds of Pray: The Story of the Philadelphia Eagles’ Faith, Brotherhood, and Super Bowl Victory, was released by Zondervan in August 2018.
A Major League Baseball Hall of Fame voter and past president of the Philadelphia chapter of the Baseball Writers' Association of America, Rob’s byline has appeared in newspapers worldwide.
Rob has delivered commencement addresses and been the featured speaker at numerous events, schools, universities, churches, conferences and fundraisers.
Rob and his wife, Remy, were breakout stars on WE tv’s first season of “Marriage Boot Camp” in 2013. They starred in the “Remy and Rob” spin-off before putting their television careers on hold following the birth of twin girls, Alexia and Melina, in August 2013.
A Philadelphia native, Rob received a Bachelor of Arts in English from Rutgers-Camden University and a Master of Journalism from Temple University.
Rob has been interviewed on hundreds of television and radio stations across the country, including ESPN, CNN, CBS, NBC, ABC, Fox News, MSNBC and others.
