Amanda Loeffler is the proud owner of Amanda Loeffler Notary Services, LLC founded in December 2021.

Amanda is a wife to Jake, mom to 5 awesome kids, three of whom have special needs, Chef by trade and managed to earn her Bachelors in Business and Organizational Leadership while juggling kids, their activities, a pandemic and losing her father to Lung Cancer.

Amanda is currently running her own thriving Mobile/Remote Online Notary Business and handling Apostilles (International Notary Work) for her clients, working for The Lexwerx Law firm based in South Tampa as their mobile notary and helping with their marketing and selling Young Living Essential Oils as a “Jobby” (Hobby+Job.)

Amanda grew up in Northeast St Petersburg and was heavily involved in sports, school activities, church and volunteering in the community. I accepted the Lord into my heart in middle school and have been active in the church ever since..our family attends Faith Covenant Church in St. Petersburg, Fl.

Amanda has been married to my husband, Jake, for 17 years. Jake is an Alum if the United States Naval Academy and Is an Explosive Ordinance Disposal Technician in the Navy. (Reserve since 2014.) During Jake’s time on Active Duty, Amanda served as the Family Readiness Coordinator for his command and brought the fun back into the group. I also was a volunteer with Wounded Wear, Fisher House, Navy Safe Harbor, Boot Campaign (through Wounded Wear! I still have my boots!)

Amanda sits on the board of the REVIVE K9 Foundation, The US Patriot Chamber of Commerce, volunteers for the EOD Warrior Foundation.

In June of 2023, I NEED A NOTARY, LLC grew from just me to now in May of 2025 to a team of 30. requiring the need for a DBA so that way the team didn't have to run around with the weight of my name and instead could market this business as their own business. We provide, training, support, payment processing and so much more to our team of Notaries who are all over Florida.
