Jeff started life as an entrepreneur at 8-years-old when he realized if he wanted to eat every day, he’d have to find a way to make money. So, he fished golf balls out of the water and sold them, he went door-to-door raking leaves, mowing lawns or shoveling snow; anything to contribute at home. He did this work for years, eventually starting his own handyman/housekeeping business that helped pay for college. After college, Jeff had the opportunity to work for world-class global companies where he learned how businesses operate, how they manage and how they solve complex problems. It’s there that he learned that he had a knack and passion for coaching, teaching and mentoring. Over a decade ago, Jeff left the big company world and was successful working as a consultant. He was able to take the tools and disciplines that worked at big companies and make them work for smaller businesses. While he was making a difference for his clients, he felt limited in what he could do. His clients really needed a more holistic approach to running their business. Some clients were literally asking him for a way to run their company. When Jeff found EOS, he knew he had found what they needed.
