An August, 2021 A Society for Human Resource Management survey found that work-related concerns left more than 40 percent of employees feeling hopeless, burned out or exhausted as they grapple with lives altered by the COVID-19 pandemic. While the pandemic has caused mental health concerns to skyrocket, businesses can be equipped with the right tools to support their employees.  Corporate Chaplains of America serves over 500,000 employees and family members in close to 2,000 locations across the country.  CCA is an extension of the caring hearts of Christian business leaders who genuinely want to help their employees.  Today’s discussion will highlight what some of CCA’s clients are doing to proactively minister to their employees.
