Chiropractic Assistant /Front Desk Coordinator

Position Duties:

·       Greet and check-in patients as they arrive at the front desk

·       Collect and verify patient information, including medical history and insurance details

·       Schedule appointments and manage the appointment calendar

·       Answer phone calls and respond to patient inquiries

·       Assist with patient registration and intake forms

·       Maintain patient confidentiality and ensure HIPAA compliance

·       Coordinate with medical staff to ensure smooth patient flow

·       Provide excellent customer service to patients and their families

Experience:

·       Previous experience working in a medical office or healthcare setting preferred

·       Strong communication skills, both verbal and written

·       Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment

·       Proficient in using computer systems and electronic medical records

Hours:

40 hours per week. 2 evenings until 7:00

Bi-lingual is a plus!
