With over 35 years of experience in advertising and marketing, he has held leadership roles with Fortune 500 companies and co-founded TwoTen Magazine, a national Christian leadership publication. A passionate community leader, Richard has served on numerous nonprofit boards, earned multiple leadership awards, and even portrayed a Child Protection Investigator in the award-winning film Pharmboy. He and his wife Nikki live in Dade City, Florida, where they are the proud parents of five children and advocates for child welfare and human trafficking prevention.
